Lent Retreat
No Greater Love: A BIBLICAL WALK THROUGH
A BIBLICAL WALK THROUGHCHRIST’S PASSION
We are excited to invite you to this year’s Lenten Retreat, No Greater Love, based on the book and video series by best-selling author Edward Sri. This powerful study leads us through the final hours of Christ’s life, walking step by step with Jesus from the Garden of Gethsemane to Mount Calvary. Along the way, Old Testament prophecies, messianic expectations, biblical symbolism, and historical context illuminate the profound mystery of Christ’s suffering and death. This retreat offers a meaningful opportunity to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of God’s immeasurable and unconditional love—and to grow closer to Jesus than ever before.
Five weekly sessions will be conducted on Sundays beginning February 22 and concluding on March 29 (Palm Sunday). Please note: we will not meet on March 22 due to Spring Break. Each session will include watching a video followed by group discussion. Sessions will be offered between the Sunday morning masses, at 9 am. Participants will also use a companion book throughout the week to further deepen reflection and understanding. An alternate session may be available for those who need it.
This retreat work is accomplished through our Faith Formation group.
To be involved with this group, call Sarah Koch or Angie Hartman.
